Consultancy: M&E and Assessment Tools for the NBA AMLC
Background: The African Center, in partnership with the NBA AMLC, is implementing the second phase of the FCDO-funded AML/CFT/PF project, which supports the Nigerian legal profession to prevent and mitigate money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation financing risks. The African Center seeks a qualified M&E Expert or Firm to develop practical, standardised M&E, assessment, compliance-monitoring and reporting tools for use by the NBA AMLC.
