This session is being organized by the United Nations Office on Drug and Crime (UNODC)/World Bank’s Stolen Asset Recovery Initiative (StAR Initiative).

The StAR Asset Recovery Day which has become a key feature of CoSP offers a forum for practitioners and other interested stakeholders to discuss asset recovery, showcase novel approaches and resources, and explore challenges and expectations.

This Panel aims to raise awareness of the importance of the principle of transparency and accountability in the process of asset recovery and return.
