Request for Proposal: Maintenance of NBAAMLC Portal

The African Center for Governance, Asset Recovery and Sustainable Development is inviting proposals from qualified portal vendors to provide maintenance and technical support services for the NBA Anti-Money Laundering Committee (NBAAMLC) Portal. This digital platform is a key component of a UK-FCDO-supported project aimed at promoting awareness, risk assessments, legal compliance, and reporting among legal practitioners.

Scope of Work:

The selected vendor will be responsible for a range of services, including:

  • Routine maintenance and support, such as system checks, backups, and security updates.
  • Providing user support and troubleshooting through a helpdesk system.
  • Implementing periodic enhancements and customization to the portal.
  • Integrating data analytics for usage statistics and user engagement.
  • Ensuring security and compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
  • Renewing existing licenses and APIs.

Expected Deliverables:

  • Monthly system health and performance reports.
  • Quarterly updates and feature roll-outs.
  • Incident log and resolution documentation.
  • Compliance and security audit report.

Eligibility and Requirements:

Applicants are required to provide company documentation, including CAC registration, a Corporate Tax Identification Number (TIN), and an organizational profile. They must also submit evidence of similar past work, CVs of key technical staff, a proposed fee structure, and a tax clearance certificate for the last two years.

Duration and Submission:
