
The African Center for Governance, Asset Recovery and Sustainable Development is inviting proposals from qualified portal vendors to provide maintenance and technical support services for the NBA Anti-Money Laundering Committee (NBAAMLC) Portal. This digital platform is a key component of a UK-FCDO-supported project aimed at promoting awareness, risk assessments, legal compliance, and reporting among legal practitioners.
Scope of Work:
The selected vendor will be responsible for a range of services, including:
- Routine maintenance and support, such as system checks, backups, and security updates.
- Providing user support and troubleshooting through a helpdesk system.
- Implementing periodic enhancements and customization to the portal.
- Integrating data analytics for usage statistics and user engagement.
- Ensuring security and compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
- Renewing existing licenses and APIs.
Expected Deliverables:
- Monthly system health and performance reports.
- Quarterly updates and feature roll-outs.
- Incident log and resolution documentation.
- Compliance and security audit report.
Eligibility and Requirements:
Applicants are required to provide company documentation, including CAC registration, a Corporate Tax Identification Number (TIN), and an organizational profile. They must also submit evidence of similar past work, CVs of key technical staff, a proposed fee structure, and a tax clearance certificate for the last two years.
Duration and Submission:
